Great Mentor!

I want to talk about Z Hainz'el Llanely CantosHainz'el I met Z on this space months back. I saw her comment on a Facebook group, I went through her profile and I liked what I saw, So I chatted her up and the rest was history. I had the privilege of being her Mentee and I can confidently say it has been an extremely transformative learning experience. I literally have a lot to say about Z, because she dwells in a wealth of skills and knowledge. ( I used to tell her you know a lot! hahaha)Z is Supportive, approachable, and Empathetic, she is always willing to provide extra support when needed. She makes herself available at all times for one-on-one discussions and she offers guidance on assignments. She provides constructive feedback on assignments and assessments helping me identify my areas of improvement. ( She would always say "Jennifer, Don't fake it till you make it" She taught me a lot of basic soft skills needed to thrive in the freelancing world. Z is an exceptional Mentor who had an impact on my personal and professional development. Thank you for all the teachings, support, and encouragement so far.
