I worked with Z for a couple of years and in that time found her to be very competent and capable. She is quite knowledgeable with all tech and among other things, helped set up and configure our first CRM, provided guidance on it's use and maintained it. She troubleshooted e-mail and computer issues, would contact Microsoft and GoDaddy when needed for solutions and to keep things running smoothly. She also set up our Instagram account, provided graphic art done on Canva, offered many suggestions for our social media campaign.
